Jon Hanover graduated from the College in 2008 with a BA in Government. He then joined Bain & Company in Chicago where he advised clients on a variety of strategic challenges.  While at Bain, Jon worked on a pro bono project with a charter school that serves a largely Hispanic community on Chicago's West Side.  He fell in love with that work, and that led him to Colorado in August 2010 to join the Charter School Growth Fund, a non-profit venture capital fund in Broomfield. The Fund makes philanthropic investments in public schools across the country that are working to close the achievement gap.
