The kitchen, bar, and established happy hour at The Chop House are widely regarded as among the best in Fort Collins.  Drink and dining specials, including the extension of bar-special hours just for our group, are but an enticement for you to enjoy many of the Chop House's exceptional offerings.  Yet additional specials are being planned for us.
